Woroar Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Woroar! We specialize in custom dinosaur-themed t-shirts for kids, made to order with print-on-demand technology. Please carefully read our return and refund policy to understand how we handle orders, returns, and refunds.


1. Custom Made-to-Order Products

All Woroar products are made to order and printed specifically for you. Because of this:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Please double-check your order details before submitting.


2. Defective, Misprinted, or Damaged Items

If your item arrives with printing errors, manufacturing defects, or damage from shipping, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will offer a free replacement or full refund.

Please provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.


3. Shipping Issues and Lost Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged due to our or the carrier’s fault, we will provide a free replacement or full refund.

  • If your package is returned to us because of an invalid or incorrect shipping address provided by you, we cannot reship the original item.
    For details on how to receive your order in this case, please refer to section 4 below regarding reprint and reshipment options.


4. Reprint and Reshipment for Invalid Address

If your package is returned due to an invalid or incorrect shipping address, a new product must be printed and shipped to you. This will incur an additional charge, which includes:

  • The product’s standard production cost

  • The shipping fee to your address

The exact amount depends on the product and shipping destination.

Why can’t we reship the original item?
Because each product is custom made just for your order and cannot be restocked or reused once shipped, the returned item cannot be sent out again. Therefore, to fulfill your order, we need to produce a new item specifically for you.

If you choose not to pay for reprint and reshipment, no refund will be issued.


5. Customer Responsibilities

  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information.

  • Please carefully review your shipping details before placing your order to avoid delays or extra charges.


6. How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Contact us at [your support email] within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

  3. We will respond within 2 business days to assist you.


7. Additional Information

  • Minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5 inches) are normal and not considered defects.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please review product details and sizing charts carefully before ordering.
